Ingredients
Mince ½ kg,Gram flour ¾ cup sieved,
Coriander leaves ½ cup,
Mint leaves ½ cup,
All spice 1 tsp heaped,
Salt 1 tsp,
Turmeric ½ tsp,
Chili powder 1 tsp heaped,
Baking soda ¼ tsp,
Oil as required for frying,
Instructions
Cooking DirectionsGrind the mince, gram flour, coriander leaves, mint leaves, all spice, salt, turmeric, chili powder and baking soda to the mixture.
Mix and make small marbled sized ball of the mince mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry goli kabab till golden.
Serve hot with any chutney.
